Facing the COVID-19 pandemic, nothing will be more important than mutual understanding and support. Organized by
NCCU OIC (Office of International Cooperation), the team is composed by passionate staff and voluntary students. Through caring pack and online chit-chat or other events, the well-being of overseas students enrolled in this unease 2020 will be our top mission, and the team will endeavor make the start of this dream-chasing journey as carefree and smooth as it used to be.

國際學生初來乍到就要到進到防疫旅館隔離十四天，想必有許多孤單和百無聊賴的時刻，所以防疫包最初在設計在發想時，希望可以傳達出活力、溫暖、健康的視覺，同時也讓學生感覺到有人陪伴、被關懷著的感受。外包裝上的黃色巨型膠囊象徵學生居住的防疫旅館，發想自《大英雄天團》中「杯麵」溫暖療癒的形象，包覆著學生，給人溫暖、安心的感覺。
有三個陪伴學生的關懷小精靈：「波霸」、「豬血糕」和「甜不辣」，它們不只是臺灣特色小吃的擬人化，也負責演繹每天關懷信中傳達的學生的訊息、禮品使用的方式等等，為防疫包增添一些可愛的互動元素。
